Job summary

H&R Block is hiring for a role to assist with the initial tax interview by entering client data into the tax software and supporting the closing steps by assembling returns and obtaining signatures.

The position focuses on providing superior service to clients and performing related duties as assigned, in a fast-paced tax preparation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
