Job summary

H&R Block is hiring at our Ishpeming Township, MI office to support tax interviews with our clients. You will begin the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and help assemble returns at closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, solid reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills to complete tax interviews.
• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to use Windows-based software.
• State and local requirements may apply.
