Job summary

H&R Block in Texas Joshua is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant to help start and finish tax interviews, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assembling returns for signatures.

You will ensure all clients receive superior service and assist with bookkeeping procedures as part of a team that supports the tax preparation process. Strong communication and basic math skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
