Job summary

H&R Block in Osceola, IA is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant to help begin and close tax interviews and ensure accuracy of W-2 data.

You will enter client information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review the completed product with clients while delivering superior service. No prior tax experience required beyond basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
