Job summary

H&R Block in Sulphur, OK is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant who will help start client interviews by entering information and assist with closing by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with clients. You will support colleagues with Windows-based software, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service to all clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication, with additional state/local requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
