The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and operational oversight with a focus on compliance and superior service. A PTIN is required or obtainable, and deep knowledge of tax codes is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in tax preparation or accounting.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and IRS regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment.
• PTIN required or ability to obtain one.
