You will train, mentor, and oversee staff, manage daily operations, review returns for IRS compliance, and resolve client inquiries with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff during peak season.
• Proficiency with tax software and basic computer applications.
• PTIN required or ability to obtain one.
