Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Van Buren, AR is seeking an associate to assist with tax interviews, data entry, and client service. You will enter client and W-2 information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review the completed product with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading and math skills to complete tax interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
