Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interview processes in a franchise office. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assist with assembling tax returns, and review the finished product with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Strong communication and basic math skills are required, along with proficiency in Windows-based software. This role involves providing superior service and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have reading and math skills to begin and complete the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the interview.
• Assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure all clients receive superior service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the franchisee.
