Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interviews and returns at its franchise office. You will enter client and W-2 data, help assemble the tax return, and review the results with clients to ensure accuracy and service quality.

The role supports the tax process and involves basic bookkeeping and completing required signatures, with standards that may include state and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Enter client and W-2 information into tax program during tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure client service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
• Additional state and local requirements may apply
