Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Support role in the United States.

You will help start tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist in closing interviews by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the completed product with the client. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.

• Assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with the client.
• Completing bookkeeping procedures and ensuring client service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
