Base pay range

$225,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr

Position: Tax Partner or Senior Tax Manager (Partner-Track)

Location: Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid—Onsite 3x/week)

Compensation: $225,000–$325,000 (Compliant with NJ Pay Transparency Law)

Status: Full-Time | Income Partner with path to Equity

About the Firm

We’re a full-service CPA firm in Holmdel, NJ, with a strong culture, long-standing client relationships, and a track record of leadership stability. As we prepare for the retirement of a partner, we’re seeking a Tax Partner or experienced Senior Tax Manager to take over a $1.5M–$1.6M book of business, lead a team, and become a key figure in the firm’s future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and entity tax clients (logistics, real estate, HNW individuals, etc.)
• Provide high-level tax planning, compliance, and consulting services
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Ensure quality control, client satisfaction, and timely deliverables
• Engage in strategic firm planning and culture-building

Who You Are

• CPA with 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Adept with both individual and entity tax (S-corps, partnerships, trusts, etc.)
• Proven leader and relationship builder
• Strong communicator, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable with hybrid setup; must commute to Holmdel 3x/week
• Ideally based in Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, or Mercer County
