Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Partner. This is a strategic leadership position focused on servicing complex individual and fiduciary clients while contributing to the firm’s long-term success. The role offers full remote flexibility, client ownership, equity opportunities, and comprehensive support across operations, technology, and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates with complex tax requirements.
• Lead client engagements and build lasting relationships.
• Support firm growth through business development and mentoring team members.
• Provide expert guidance in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and practice expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current or former Partner, solo practitioner, or tax leader at a CPA firm.
• 10+ years of experience in serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Deep expertise in 1040s, 1041s, 1065s, and 1120-S.
• CPA required; LLM or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for practice growth.
• Strong client management and mentorship skills.

• A portable book of business ($300K+ in recurring revenue) is required.
• This is a client-facing leadership position—not a back-office role.
• Equity participation is available and can grow based on performance and contributions.
