Dan Toussant & Associates in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Tax Partner to lead and expand a premier middle‑market tax practice. You will inherit an established client base, help shape ownership and client strategy, and collaborate directly with the Managing Partner.

Open to relocation for the right candidate, the role emphasizes leadership, sophisticated pass‑through and corporate tax work, and the opportunity to build a manufacturing tax practice across Northeast Ohio while growing

Qualifications

• CPA license required and active.
• 7+ years in public accounting with tax leadership.
• Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills.

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA


• 7+ years in public accounting


• Strong experience with privately held businesses


• Expertise in pass-through entities, S-Corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients


• Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills


• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring tax professionals

Experience with a regional or Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.
