Job summary

Dan Toussant & Associates, a Northeast Ohio-based RIA, is seeking an experienced CPA and tax leader to direct and grow its tax practice. The role offers leadership without a client-book obligation, the chance to shape strategy, and equity participation, all within a hybrid Cleveland-Akron environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, financial services, or a comparable environment.
• Experience leading tax professionals and managing complex client engagements.
• Strong expertise in private business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax planning/advisory.
