Qualifications

• At least 5 years of heavy office administrative experience in corporate/public accounting/tax firm.
• HS diploma required.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, calendar coordination, and communications.
• Develop and organize materials such as presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
• Oversee travel logistics, expense submissions, and other admin needs.
