Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Four years professional experience, including two years at experienced (P11) level or one year at advanced (12) level
• Experience leading teams toward goals
• Call center operations or management experience preferred
• Fingerprint-based background check clearance for access to Federal Tax Information (FTI)
