Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Old Bridge, NJ seeks a Tax Operations Manager to lead a fast-growing tax practice onsite. You will shape day-to-day operations, drive workflow efficiency, and work closely with firm leadership to allocate resources and improve client service.

You will oversee workloads and deadlines with CPAs and tax professionals, implement process improvements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across engagements.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in accounting, tax, or professional services.
• Experience overseeing workloads, project priorities, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with practice management or workflow software; Canopy experience is a plus.

• Monitor workloads, project status, and deadlines using workflow and practice management systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions before they impact client deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with CPAs and tax professionals to ensure projects remain on track.
• Manage client service escalations and oversee issue resolution through completion.
• Provide firm leadership with updates on workflow metrics, team utilization, and capacity planning.

Tax Operations Manager

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + bonus + overtime eligibility

Location: Old Bridge, NJ (Fully Onsite)
