Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing, tracking, and delivery of tax returns and related client deliverables.
• Monitor workflow assignments and due dates to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with routing, tracking, and managing work within firm workflow and document management systems.
• Support client onboarding and information gathering activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information.
