Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business/admin related field.
• Experience in administrative, client service, operations support in a professional services environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing, tracking, and delivery of tax returns and related deliverables.
• Monitor workflow assignments and due dates to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with routing and managing work within firm workflow and document management systems.
• Support client communications and onboarding activities.
