H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to build strong tax office teams. You will recruit Tax Associate candidates, screen applicants, and engage them through onboarding to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates.

You’ll coordinate interviews, support training, and help plan virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs. Join a team focused on growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (MS Office, Teams).
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent or higher.

Responsabilités

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and engage them from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
