Skadden’s Chicago Tax Group is seeking a mid- to senior-level Tax Associate with strong transactional tax experience, including partnerships and/or REITs. Class of 2020–2023 graduates are encouraged to apply.

A passion for delivering high-quality work and service is essential. The starting base salary for this Chicago position is $260,000–$390,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Lateral Associate

The Tax Group of the Chicago office is looking for a mid-level associate (Class of 2023-2020) with strong transactional tax experience. Experience with partnerships and/or REITs is a plus. A successful candidate must have a passion for providing high-quality work product and service to our clients.

The starting base salary for this Chicago position is expected to be between $260,000 - $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
