Job summary

Skadden is seeking a mid to senior level Tax Associate in Houston, TX (class of 2018–2022) to join the Tax group. The candidate should have a strong transactional background and solid law firm experience with a high level of academic achievement.

The starting base salary for this Houston position is between $310,000 and $435,000 annually. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus with a hybrid work model allowing some remote work throughout the year.

The Houston office is seeking a mid to senior level associate (class of 2022-2018) to join the Tax group. The candidate should have a strong transactional background. Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients. Solid law firm experience and a high level of academic achievement preferred. The starting base salary for this Houston position is expected to be between $310,000-$435,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
