Job summary

Skadden’s Chicago Tax Group is seeking a mid- to senior-level Tax Associate with strong transactional tax experience, including partnerships and/or REITs. Class of 2020–2023 graduates are encouraged to apply.

A passion for delivering high-quality work and service is essential. The starting base salary for this Chicago position is $260,000–$390,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong transactional tax experience.
• Experience with partnerships and/or REITs is a plus.
• Class of 2023–2020 (mid-level associate) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional tax advice to clients.
