Job Juncture is actively hiring a Tax Manager to lead client tax engagements for individuals and businesses with flexible relocation options across the Southeast. Start remotely while relocating to the Carolinas or Georgia; partnership opportunities and competitive compensation are offered.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in public accounting; CPA or EA is preferred. You will manage deadlines, review tax returns, and mentor staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of public accounting experience with individual and business tax
• CPA or EA in progress preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and client service best practices.

• Manage a group of clients and provide client services in the areas of individual and business taxation
• Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates
• Coordinate with the team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
• Review mostly business (and some Individual) tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
• Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices
• Work with team members for continual process improvement
• Participate in practice development and various firm activities
• Develop an area of tax specialization

Tax Manager Qualifications
