Keystone Distinction Group in the Southeast is hiring a Tax Manager to lead individual and business taxation engagements for a diverse client base. We offer flexible locations across NC, SC, GA, and other parts of the Southeast, with opportunities to start remotely while relocating.

The role emphasizes client service, deadlines, team coordination, and developing tax specialization, with growth, partnership potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or EA in progress preferred.
• 3+ years' public accounting experience reviewing individual and business taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of clients and provide client services in the areas of individual and business taxation.
• Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates.
• Coordinate with team members on all phases of the Tax engagement.
• Review mostly business (and some individual) tax returns and provide timely feedback.
• Provide high-level client service.
• Stay current on tax law changes and accounting developments and best practices.
• Work with team members for continual process improvement.
• Participate in practice development and firm activities.
• Develop an area of tax specialization.
