Kforce's client, a successful independent CPA firm located in North Jersey, is seeking a Tax Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of public accounting tax experience for a full-time, hybrid role. This position offers competitive compensation and a clear career path to Director and beyond.

You will handle tax compliance and planning for diverse clients across several industries and assist in planning and running engagements, including billing and time analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience (1040, 1041, 1120, 1065, etc.)
• CPA is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Kforce's client, a very successful, independent CPA firm located in North Jersey with 30 professionals, is seeking a full-time Tax Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of recent diverse tax experience working at a public accounting firm. This firm offers a hybrid in office work schedule, way better hours than the typical CPA firm, and great compensation and benefits - along with a terrific career path to Director and beyond! Responsibilities:

• Performance a variety of tax compliance and planning services for clients in numerous industries-real estate, construction, manufacturing, pro services, NFP and more
• Assist in planning and running client engagements, including billing and time analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• CPA is a plus 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience 1040, 1041, 1120, 1065, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
