Job summary

Kforce's client, a successful independent CPA firm in North Jersey, is seeking a full-time Audit Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of public accounting audit experience. The role offers hybrid in-office work, strong compensation, and a clear path to Director and beyond.

Responsibilities include external audits, reviews, and compilations across multiple industries; engagement planning, billing and time analysis; and presenting audit results to client management. CPA is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent public accounting audit/assurance experience.
• Degree in Accounting.
• CPA completed or in progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Kforce's client, a very successful, independent CPA firm located in North Jersey with 30 professionals, is seeking a full‑time Audit Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of recent audit experience working at a public accounting firm. Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• CPA completed or in progress ambitious with a desire to advance in the profession
• 5+ years of recent public accounting audit/assurance experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
