GH Adv is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client base, including privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and nonprofits.

The Tax Manager will serve as a key leader within the tax department, overseeing staff development, engagement workflow, and client relationships, while delivering timely, accurate, and value-driven tax services in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license in good standing.
• 5–8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Our client is seeking an experienced and client-focused Tax Manager to join their growing CPA firm. The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client base, including privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.

The Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client base, while ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to firm quality standards. This role serves as a key leader within the tax department, overseeing staff development, engagement workflow, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in public accounting, strong technical tax expertise, and proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement. The Tax Manager will work closely with partners and staff to deliver timely, accurate, and value-driven tax services while contributing to the firm’s long-term growth and success.
