Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Tax Manager for Private Client Services based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves leading multiple tax engagements, managing IRS audits, and guiding clients through complex tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with 4+ years in tax compliance or consulting, and CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification. Experience with relevant tax software is also preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, and entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise multiple engagements including consulting and tax planning services.
• Assist with and manage IRS and state audits.
• Guide clients through complex tax rules and regulations.
