Qualifications

• CPA license required; member in good standing with AICPA and state societies.
• 5-7 years' experience in public accounting or relevant position.
• Ability to mentor staff and supervise engagements.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Experience with tax compliance and planning across industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tax records and prepare tax returns, schedules and related reports.
• Supervise and review the work of others to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax matters and industry trends.
• Ensure top quality client service through in-person and virtual communications.
• Coordinate multiple engagements with effective project management.
• Participate in mentoring, training, recruiting, retention, and team-building activities.
• Comply with all firm policies and procedures.
• Identify complex technical issues and apply appropriate conclusions.
