Qualifications

• A current and valid CPA license is required.
• Member in good standing with the AICPA and state societies.
• 5–7 years’ experience in public accounting or a related role.
• Ability to supervise and review staff and manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tax records and prepare tax returns and related schedules.
• Supervise and review the work of staff on engagements.
• Apply deep knowledge of accounting and tax matters across industries.
• Ensure high-quality client service through regular communications.
• Manage projects, timelines, and workload efficiently.
• Mentor, train, recruit, and contribute to team growth.
• Ensure proper time and expense reporting for billing.
