Job summary

Distinct North America is seeking a Tax Manager with 5+ years of public accounting experience and CPA certification. You will work closely with Partners and progressively assume greater responsibility in the tax function.

Initially you’ll review returns, prepare complex work, and manage client relationships. The long-term plan is to join the leadership team and potentially own the tax department, with relocation to Lubbock considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing tax returns and performing complex tax work.
• Managing client relationships and communications with Partners.
• Preparing more complex tax work and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Gradually taking on more of the tax function and partnering with leadership.
• Long-term plan to join the leadership team and potentially own the tax department.
