The ideal candidate will develop staff, work directly with clients, and contribute strategic ideas while pursuing a partner-track pathway as the firm expands through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience with tax focus required.
• Managerial experience in a tax practice is required.
• CPA or EA preferred, CPA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business and client relationships.
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns; provide tax planning and advisory support.
• Lead, develop, and oversee staff; ensure quality and compliance of tax work.
• Review returns for accuracy and deadlines; manage engagements.
