CLA is seeking a Tax Director or Manager to join our Tax practice in Southern Minnesota offices. Locations include: Austin, Mankato, New Ulm, Owatonna and Rochester.

You will consult with clients on tax planning, lead tax engagements, and develop the team to build inspired careers. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in tax at a public accounting or professional services firm, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA (EA/JD may be accepted).

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in a tax role within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA is required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).

• 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)

The Minnesota Posting Range for this role is $92,000.00 - $165,000.00
