CLA is seeking a Tax Director or Manager to join our Tax practice in Southern Minnesota offices, including Mankato. The role focuses on tax planning, client engagements, and leadership within a collaborative firm. You will guide complex returns and mentor colleagues while delivering exceptional service.

We expect CPA certification, 6+ years of public accounting tax experience, and a client-focused mindset. Location-based compensation and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).

What You Will Need

• 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)

The Minnesota Posting Range for this role is $92,000.00 - $165,000.00
