Job summary

CLA is seeking a Partnership Tax Manager or Director for our Minneapolis, MN office. You will consult with clients on business processes, lead and review tax engagements, and develop your team to build inspired careers.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a large firm, holds a CPA (JD/EA accepted). You’ll join a high-performing team focused on client service and ongoing professional development in a dynamic public accounting environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Active CPA certification; JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of helping others grow.
• Passion for public accounting and Partnership Tax.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.

The Minnesota Posting Range for this role is $92,000.00 - $165,000.00
