CLA is seeking a Tax Director or Manager to join our Tax practice in Southern Minnesota offices, including New Ulm. This role focuses on client consulting, managing tax engagements, and developing our team in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in tax within public accounting or professional services, a CPA (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA), and a commitment to client success and career growth.

• 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)

Responsabilidades

• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The Minnesota Posting Range for this role is $92,000.00 - $165,000.00
