CLA is looking to hire Tax Director or Manager for our growing Northeast Tax practice. Locations include Boston, MA, Andover MA, New Bedford, MA, Quincy, MA, Worcester, MA, Cranston, RI, Shelton, CT, and West Hartford, CT.

As a director/manager you will consult with clients on tax planning, lead engagements, train team members, and foster opportunities for clients and communities. Ideal candidates have 6 years of big firm experience (10+ preferred), a BS in accounting or finance, and a CPA; JD

About the role:

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will

As Our Ideal Candidate

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.

• 10+ years experience highly preferred.

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• You have an active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $116,000.00 - $187,000.00.
