CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Tax Director/Manager to join our growing Northeast Tax practice. Locations include Boston, Andover, New Bedford, Quincy, Worcester, Cranston, Shelton, and West Hartford. You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and drive tax planning for clients.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification and 6+ years in large firms; 10+ years preferred. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation accompany this opportunity.

Formación

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.

About The Role

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $116,000.00 – $187,000.00.
