Job summary

CLA is looking to hire Tax Director or Manager for our growing Northeast Tax practice. Locations include: Baltimore, MD, Columbia, MD, North Bethesda, MD, Arlington, VA, Greenbelt, MD, King of Prussia, PA, and Bethlehem, PA.

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will lead tax engagements, consult with clients on succession and tax planning, develop and train team members, and foster opportunities for our clients, communities, and people. You will review complex individual and corporate tax returns.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.

Responsibilities

The compensation range for this position in Maryland is: $116,000.00 - $187,000.00.
