Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Manufacturing & Distribution team. You will oversee tax preparation, review processes, and advisory matters for complex closely held construction businesses, ensuring compliance with state and federal tax regulations.

Lead the tax team, drive communications with clients, and supervise multiple engagements while fostering professional development and growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in construction/closely held businesses.
• EA license or CPA certification required.
• Strong project and team management skills and networking ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax preparation and technical review for complex closely held construction clients.
• Lead tax engagements, advise on issues, research and propose solutions.
• Delegate and manage tax assignments and perform administrative duties.
• Train, support, supervise, and motivate tax team members.
