Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Manager to join our High Net Worth practice. You’ll oversee tax preparation, perform technical reviews, and consult on complex tax matters for high‑net‑worth individuals, related partnerships and trusts.

You will supervise the tax team, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support engagement management, billing, and client relationships in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law; Master’s in Tax/LLM preferred.
• 5+ years in public accounting with individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates.
• EA license or CPA certification required.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to grow client relationships and manage engagements.
• Experience with tax software and technology; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax preparation and perform technical reviews for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Consult on complex tax matters for individuals, family partnerships and trusts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations and quarterly/year‑end work.
• Delegate and manage tax assignments; supervise and review the tax team.
• Develop customer relationships and monitor engagement progress and billing.
