MHP, a leading regional CPA firm, seeks a Tax Manager to lead complex returns for individuals, corporations, and trusts. You will mentor a team, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred or required.
• 5–7+ years of tax experience across individuals and entities.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and entities including trusts and estates.
• Mentor Associates, Seniors, and Supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain client communications during busy season.
• Understand federal, state, and local tax codes and apply them accurately.
