Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license required.
• 3–7+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion with minimal supervision.
• Conduct engagement reviews and ensure quality results.
• Mentor and supervise staff, share technical knowledge and develop talent.
• Perform annual performance evaluations and coaching.
