Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Tax Manager in Vandalia, OH to lead tax engagements, manage client relationships, and drive tax planning and research. A CPA license and 5+ years of public accounting tax experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements reviewing federal/state/local returns for businesses and individuals.
• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements, manage deadlines and budgets, primary client contact.
• Provide tax planning, research, and guidance on pass-through entities, multi-state matters, and estate/gift tax matters.
• Mentor and develop staff, review work, and coach seniors and staff.
