Qualifications

• CPA designation with a minimum of 5 years of tax supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising within regional or national public accounting environments.
• Ability to communicate with clients and coach staff through all tax engagement phases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review federal, state, local and special tax returns with client data.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements, reports, and records.
• Maintain professional standards and stay current on tax legislation affecting clients.
• Contribute to firm success by promoting efficient engagement execution and client relationships.
• Promote the firm through involvement in professional and community organizations.
• Manage assigned book of business within budgeted revenue and realization targets.
• Develop and coach staff to meet firm goals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
