Kemper CPA Group LLP, a top 100 public accounting firm, seeks an Audit Manager for its Paducah, Kentucky office. The role includes mentoring staff, supervising engagements, and delivering strategic accounting advice to clients.

Some overtime during peak seasons is expected, with travel to client sites as needed. The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation with 5+ years of audit supervisory experience and can manage multiple engagements while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with at least 5 years of audit supervisory experience.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, accounting, and auditing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements and teams.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and coach staff to be more effective auditors.
• Research and share information on new pronouncements and emerging accounting issues.
• Analyze and evaluate data and provide resolutions to complex problems.
• Provide strategic and tactical accounting advice and recommendations to clients.
• Consult with clients on various internal accounting related transactions.
• Train junior staff on audit and organizational procedures.
• Provide review of work product and performance.
• Be willing and able to serve multiple client engagements concurrently.
• Additional duties as assigned.
