Qualifications

• CPA/EA/CA designation required.
• 8–15 years of public accounting tax experience with escalating responsibilities.
• Robust technical tax knowledge, research, and planning experience.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and complex engagements.
• Passion for cultivating talent and delivering outstanding client service.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning to delivery.
• Review tax returns, research work, and consulting projects.
• Advise clients on proactive tax strategies to minimize exposure.
• Act as primary advisor and relationship manager for clients.
• Mentor and develop emerging tax professionals.
• Oversee multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients.
