Qualifications

• CPA/EA/CA designation is required or similar professional credential.
• 8–15 years of public accounting tax experience with escalating responsibilities.
• Strong technical tax knowledge, research skills, and planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead complex tax engagements from planning to delivery.
• Review tax returns, research, and consulting projects.
• Advise clients on proactive tax strategies to minimize exposure.
• Serve as primary advisor and relationship manager for clients.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals.
• Oversee multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients.
